How do you pay for rides on City Metro services? Thanks to the BrickPass system, it's easy to pay for your fares. Just follow the following steps, and enjoy the wonderful experiences City Metro offers.
Visit a City Metro Customer Service Center or any BrickPass Ticket Machine (Only at Rail stations and select bus stations)
Select the passes or stored value you want to add
Pay for the additional value
Using your BrickPass card, tap at all validators or fare gates to insure you pay for your ride
Journeys are very easy to pay thanks to the online City Metro Trip Planner. Just visit trip-planner.citymetro.xyz and select the station you want to start at, end at, and it'll tell you how to go. Please note to also check alerts.citymetro.xyz as alerts do not affect Trip Planner info.
Viewing current service info, planned outages, and all other information regarding City Metro services can be view at alerts.citymetro.xyz. It is updated 24/7 with live information, and should be used as the primary website to view incidents that affect service.
